Episode: Die Friedensmacher

Bei den Aktivitäten der OSZE in der Ukraine, bei den Einsätzen in Zentralafrika durch Nicht-Militärs, bei Einsätzen in Afghanistan und im Kosovo geht es um sogenannte Friedenseinsätze. Die berufliche Ausbildung hierfür und die Koordinierung der Einsätze findet in einer Stiftung des Bundes statt, dem ZIF (Zentrum für Internationale Friedenseinsätze). Die Direktorin und Geschäftsführerin dieser Organisation schildert die Praxis dieser Einsätze und den damit verbundenen Beruf am Beispiel konkreter Fälle. Zur Krisenbewältigung sind diese Friedenseinsätze in unserer Welt offensichtlich von größerer Bedeutung als reine Militäraktionen. Begegnung mit Frau Dr. Almut Wieland-Karimi.
