Episode: Schule der Aufklärung

Die legendäre Abteilung IX in der Hauptverwaltung Aufklärung des ehemaligen Ministeriums für Staatssicherheit in der DDR war zuständig für die Gegenspionage. Dieser Geheimdienst galt als einer der qualifiziertesten der Welt. Heute weiß man, dass die dortigen “Aufklärer” alle Geheimnisse ihrer Gegner kannten: die des militärischen Abschirmdienstes der Bundeswehr, die der Bonner Regierung und die der NATO. Die ehemals gegnerischen Geheimdienste, allen voran der CIA, zollen noch heute dieser Abteilung IX ihren Respekt. Oberst a.D. Gotthold Schramm und Oberst a.D. Klaus Eichner berichten.
